Cws panel at the Conference on Women and urban life

Panel of the Center for Women Studies and Research, University of Tehran, at the Conference on Women and Urban Life on Sunday, December 11, 2016, entitled Women, Social Capital and Sustainable Urban Development, attended by Dr. Fakouhi, Dr. Ghaffari and Dr. Ghanei Rad and chaired by Dr. Bastani Held at Milad Tower Conference Center. At the beginning of this meeting, Dr. Fekouhi pointed out that the discourse of the revolution was the discourse of employment and the increase of women's social and cultural capital. He pointed out that despite the increase in the amount of social and cultural capital of women in Iranian society, their employment rate is low and the inability of the field of employment to attract these women has caused these women to work with high social and cultural capital. Parallel areas such as art areas and popular associations. Referring to some of the successful policies of other countries in attracting women to the field of employment, he said that the solution to this issue is a positive solution to discrimination.
